I’m happy to be back after being away from my blog for over a year. I had long c0vid and was severely fatigued. But I’m healing through long walks with my dog, Tessa, through playing my flute, and through healing my gut microbiome.
About a month ago, my sister had to leave her home abruptly without money or much in the way of possessions, so my hubby and I took her and her dog, Sebastian, into our small home. Fortunately, she has a WFH job, as long as she has internet, so she’s able to work and stay in our guest bedroom. She hopes to save up enough to rent her own place in our town, or nearby.
And guess what? Tessa and Sebastian were friends immediately! They get along so well. Often, Tessa will wait for Sebastian before she goes outside. They love to do things together, in harmony.
God is so good!
The way our dogs get along reminds me of how Christians should treat one another.
1 John 3:11 states, “For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.” (https://bible.com/bible/59/1jn.3.11.ESV)
And Paul explains further, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. (Ephesians 4:32,

Thanks for reading, and I hope you are blessed by these words!
