Planning for a New Me

I have not been well for quite a long time. I have an autoimmune disease, so of course, this means I am not as healthy as a horse! I tire out before others do, and I take longer to recuperate. I also have food intolerances, which I only learned about 10 years ago. That makes life difficult!

Because I’ve been so fatigued for so long and can’t eat what most people can eat, I’ve been searching and researching for years for a way to heal myself so that I will feel better and can function normally. I’ve tried various supplements that promise what I’m looking for. Some have helped a little, some not at all.

I have finally found a supplement that is making a noticeable difference, so I praise God for this! And since I’m beginning to feel a bit better, I’ve begun to plan for a new me.

I used to work 2 jobs to pay the bills, and I had no time or energy for anything else. But now, at the age of 64, I am working from home and only part time, and I am trying to learn how to be a good wife. I’m going to focus on learning to cook more and doing the extra house cleaning that I hadn’t been able to do in a long time. I want to learn to can foods myself and spend some time crafting.

I want to relish this slower, more biblical lifestyle. I want to be an inspiration and a good grandmother. I want to worship the Lord in the way I live my life. I want to honor God.

What kind of lifestyle are you living
